The successful candidate will effectively carry out the sales policy of the Company in the promotion of hotel and hospitality products marketed by the Company. You will be targeted on developing new business and maintain existing customers for the division, Maximising sales by effectively pursuing every possible opportunity to promote profitable orders.
- Working in a fast paced, proactive telesales team
- Lead generation. Building a portfolio of clients and prospects
- Researching businesses and approaching senior decision makers
- Pitching, negotiating and closing deals
- Building strong relationships
- Managing new business pipeline and account manage existing clients
- Telesales experience essential – a good telephone manner and excellent understanding of the English language is (both Spoken and Written).
- Strong character and can do attitude.
- Motivated, money hungry and the will to succeed
- Proactive and committed to working towards agreed targets and KPI’s.
- Works well under pressure.
- Provides a sense of urgency and is task orientated
- Interest in hospitality industry would be an advantage.
