Dear Valued Customer,
Due to unprecedented market conditions, I felt it necessary to update you on the current state of the global supply chain that has been effecting the supply of some goods. As part of our mission to be a true “partner” to our customers and not simply a “vendor”, I would like to share these updates with you in the hope that they will assist you in making important decisions. Drastic and rapid changes in our industry are taking place that have the potential to impact your business and that of your guests. Because of this, we are advising customers to talk to us about their needs and your procurement processes, inventory planning, how you are approaching quotes so we can do our best to keep your guests happy by supplying the goods you require.
We are experiencing a global supply chain crisis in our industry that we have never seen in the history of the company. The two main effects of this disruption are price increases and extended lead times.
Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to obtain the necessary inventory to keep our customers operational. Specifically, we are increasing inventory levels on core items, negotiating with manufacturers and proactively contacting customers for forecasts and stocking agreements when possible. Please contact us if you have any information about your forecasts or if there are any other impending changes to your buying patterns that can help us be prepared. We appreciate your patience and collaboration as we work through these challenges together. Moving forward we are extremely excited to be launching a number of new and exciting product ranges, which will help take the pressure of current stock availability during this unprecedented time and improve our offering.
