Collecting Walter Geering Reward points

1. The standard number of points you will collect are four (4) reward points for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases; however, the number of points collected can vary across our portfolio from time to time.
2. You can only collect reward points by shopping online. Telephone & Email orders will not earn reward points.
3. You must create an account in order to collect points. Guest checkout orders will not be awarded points.
4. After shopping online at waltergeering.co.uk, your points will automatically be uploaded onto your account.
5. During reward point events we may increase or decrease the number of points awarded.
6. Walter Geering Limited reserves the right to withdraw points promotions/offers without notice

Spending Walter Geering Reward points

1. One point is worth one £0.01p to spend on products in store and online at waltergeering.co.uk. We will not exchange reward points for cash and the offer is non-transferable
2. You are not required to have enough reward points to cover the cost of the product; you can make a part payment of points towards a product.
3. You can only spend your reward points online; you cannot use your points against a telephone or email orders.
4. We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for Walter Geering reward points collection and redemption online without notice
5. Spending points may be subject to network availability online.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Walter Geering Reward is operated by Walter Geering Limited, Cobbswood House, Chart Road, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1EP.
2. To get the latest terms and conditions or for general enquiries please call 01233658085.
3. Walter Geering may wish to cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual Walter Geering Reward account.
4. All Walter Geering rewards points belong to Walter Geering.
5. The Walter Geering Reward scheme is only valid online, points will not be awarded for offline orders
6. If we identify that you hold two or more Walter Geering Reward accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion
7. The Walter Geering Reward scheme is for personal or business use.
8. Walter Geering can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Walter Geering Reward account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme.
9. Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your Walter Geering Reward account are subject online network availability.
10. Walter Geering may remove points from registered Walter Geering Reward accounts that haven’t been used for two years or have been closed.
